Return & Refund Policy – Core ⏻n™ Alignment System
Due to the personal nature of wearable alignment and compression products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
We want you to be happy with your Core ⏻n™ purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@coreonalign.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Eligible approved returns must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Include all original packaging and components
- Be requested within 7 days of delivery
Non-refundable items include:
- Worn or used products
- Customized or modified items
- Digital products or downloadable content
- Orders damaged due to misuse or improper adjustments
If your return is approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after inspection.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was caused by us.
Core ⏻n™ is designed as a posture and alignment support tool and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Results may vary based on body type, consistency of use, and lifestyle factors.
